Margo Terese’s love for the beauty industry started long before the start of her career behind the chair in 2010. Always seeking influence and inspiration, Her passion for education and growth has also led her to become a national advanced L’ANZA Artist where she now travels the globe to educate other stylists. Margo works behind the chair in the heart of Minneapolis, specializing in color and extensions. She is best known for creating dimensional colors, blonding, customized extensions, and styling and finishing.

As a L'ANZA Artist 4, Hai loves to share his deeply rooted passion with other stylists. "I never feel like I'm 'teaching', says Hai. "I'm just sharing my passion, my knowledge, and my creativity in a fun and inspirational environment."

Kurt Kueffner is the founder of The Grooming Collective, which was established in 2017. He has spent the last 30 years educating hair professionals from around the world on the different designs and techniques in men’s grooming.
