Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Mark was adopted at age 4 and has been in the Minneapolis area ever since. After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2006, Mark spent two years honing his skills before joining on with L’ANZA’s very first Healing Center, Evolution Salon. Mark constantly strives to push the boundaries of his creative and artistic ability. In 2016, his unique eye for design and impeccable technical skills yielded him a prestigious Behind the Chair #ONESHOT Award in the Editorial category, and he has been twice nominated for a North American Hairstyling Award (NAHA). As Global Creative Director for L’ANZA, Mark collaborates with his fellow Creative Team to conceptualize and develop the L’ANZA Collections for the season.

Hailing from a small town in Vietnam, Hai Tran began his professional beauty career at a young age. With years of experience and dedication, Hai is a true artist in color, cut and style-a “Triple Threat”.
Hai creates looks that span the spectrum from commercial to editorial and lives for client transformations. He is the gifted artist behind the chair and the voice behind dozens of solutions, ideas, and inspiration amongst L'ANZA Hair Color users throughout the L'ANZA Facebook community. Hai has been featured in Modern Salon, Behind the Chair, and on L'ANZA social media platforms. As a L'ANZA Artist 4, Hai loves to share his deeply rooted passion with other stylists. "I never feel like I'm 'teaching', says Hai. "I'm just sharing my passion, my knowledge, and my creativity in a fun and inspirational environment."

Kurt Kueffner is the founder of The Grooming Collective, which was established in 2017. He has spent the last 30 years educating hair professionals from around the world on the different designs and techniques in men’s grooming.
